So what is swim video analysis? Have you ever wondered what you actually look like when you swim but struggled to visualise it?
Are your legs crossing in the kick, is your head lifting too far when you breathe, are your arms in the perfect power diamond?
Well, now you can see it for yourself as our coaches provide swim video analysis and give powerful and motivating feedback on what you need to focus on. The swim video analysis is an incredibly valuable resource and it’s all included in your full membership package.
As part of the full membership you will get regular reviews with new periodic swim video analysis to check your progress and the coaches will focus on your areas for improvement in each weekly coached session.

What do we include?
We individually film your technique in the pool as you swim a few 25m lengths, usually doing front crawl with all the footage shot from a number of different angles including from above, in the water, from the side and the front. All this gives you in-depth insights into your swim technique.
We edit the rough footage into short clips giving clear examples to illustrate the coaching tips provided. You will then have a one page summary which breaks your stroke down into the following key areas, with 3 teaching points in each, and all individually given a ranked score out of 10:
- Video Swim Analysis teaching points
- Body Position
- Legs
- Arms
- Breathing Technique
- Timing
- Other
Your first swim video analysis will take place after 3 months of membership has passed although it’s likely you’ll have a video taken before that time so you can see your initial progression after your first 3 months.
Can anyone pay for a swim video analysis session?
Yes, you can and if you’re not a member but want to take advantage of this unique and powerful training tool the analysis costs £150 per person.
Our coaches are highly skilled and very experienced with a wealth of knowledge to share. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like on pool equipment, races, open water swimming and even dry land exercises to improve your swimming ability.
