All our weekly Triathlon Training Activity is designed to improve your ability, performance and confidence across all the three disciplines.
With members ranging from absolute beginners to Kona competitors and GB Age group athletes, you’ll find a wide variety of people to learn and gain experience from. Everyone is willing to share their time and knowledge to help all members become the best version of themselves.

Wednesday | Coached Run | 7pm to 8pm | Various | Locations vary and are posted on SPOND. These weekly Triathlon Training activities suit all abilities. A perfect way to boost your performance as you approach your chosen Triathlon events through the year. |
Thursday | Coached non drop ZWIFT cycle | 7pm to 8pm | Home | Register on the ZWIFT Companion App. All abilities are welcome as you use the great features of ZWIFT with your club mates. Lift your FTP, stamina and fitness levels through the season. |
Saturday | Coached Swim | 7am to 8am | Nuffield Crawley (Turners Hill) | Sole use of the Nuffield Crawley 6 lane 25m pool with a coached swim session including periodic video swim analysis. The heart of our weekly triathlon training activity takes place on Saturday mornings. We get technique tips from the coaches in our graded swim lanes and work through different swim sets each week. |
Saturday | Social Run | 8.30am | Various | Join other members in a social run around the local area or at the Tilgate Parkrun. Stay and enjoy a coffee and chat with fellow members or head out for a run or ride with like minded triathletes. |
Sunday | Social Ride | Various | Various | Join other members in a social ride around the local area to learn new routes, improve your fitness and gain confidence ahead of your races. |
